Being a new home owner is hard when you are young. When it comes to the maintenance of my home, I really have to learn as I go. You can imagine my concern when my septic tank alarms started going off. All I knew was my tank was some sort of three tank drip system. Luckily, Stephen and the guys from Alternate Systems were the ones who installed my septic system. I called the number on the alarms and talked to a technician at Alternate Systems about my problem.

They helped me trouble shoot over the phone.  When it was decided a visit was necessary, the owner of the company came out to diagnose the problem. I was pleasantly surprised to see even the boss was not beyond getting his hands dirty. They diagnosed the problem and quickly went into action to resolve my issue.  When the work was done, they gave me some pointers on how to avoid future problems with my septic system.

Everyone at Alternate Systems (technicians to the wonderful woman who handles the office) made my experience with this company a great one. I feel that I don’t have to worry anymore about my septic system because the folks at Alternate Systems have everything under control.  It is refreshing to know there are still honest, hard working people who keep the customer’s best interest in mind.
